Shipping Policy
SHIIPPING POLICY We offer a flat rate shipping to avoid suppressive shipping charges, this can be appealing because you know up front what to expect when it’s time to check out. Presently we use UPS or USPS (Post Service of the United States). For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide an speedy delivery. All packages are insured and therefore require a signature for delivery, USPS will leave a note for you to pick up the package at the post office if they can not collect a signature and will hold a package for 10-15 days after leaving note for the attempted delivery and UPS makes three attempts on consecutive works days(Mon.-Fri.) and will hold the package for 5 days after the third delivery attempt in both cases you will have to take action once the package is in hold. If a package(Prepaid or COD) is returned to us by the carrier for whatever the reason, the customer will then have to assume the costs associated with both shipments if he wishes the package to be re-sent. We ship to any country, except those subject to USA sanctions or restrictions. Usually shipping companies will be responsible for bringing any orders through customs and you will be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges. |
